It is the perfect place to enjoy with friends and family, adult, child, pet-friendly. The ground floor comprises a full bathroom, a bedroom with full bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a living area with a smart TV and convertible sleeper sofa. The second floor is the main living area. It has a kitchen with breakfast counter and is stocked with cooking essentials; ten seat dining table; wet bar with wine fridge and glasses; full bathroom; a gorgeous sunroom with smart TV and sectional sofa which can be rearranged into a bed; and a deck which wraps around two thirds of the house. On the third floor is the master bedroom with queen bed and trundle bed, a full bath, office area, and a large closet containing a highchair and pack n' play. Additionally, a storage area on the ground level holds yard games as well as beach gear (chairs, blankets, umbrellas) and a wagon to transport it all.
